COVID-19 has effected everyone's life in some form or fashion. My husband now works from home, which is really nice to have him around more often and great for saving on gas! However, my photography business and my participation in local music groups has been severally impacted. I understand the caution, but I feel a little lost ALL the time. It's really draining on a person.

Recently, both my husband and I decided we need more creative outlets to stay sane, so we have both started a youtube channel. His channel is about something he is passionate about, and that's guns. He respects them and is interested in their capabilities. His channel is called Broke Ballistics. He passed the idea by me of doing a family vlog to accompany his channel...it took me a while to decide I might actually like doing it, but I finally gave in. Our family vlog channel is Our Ballistic Family. I have put out several videos over the last couple weeks while I don't have a lot of other things going on. It has been nice to create something again. When life starts getting busier, the videos will slow down, but for now I am enjoying capturing some sweet moments with my family and having an outlet for talking about some of the things I am doing in my life.

My latest video is one that might interest my photography audience. I have been doing a couple of creative photography challenges through GuruShots and thought I'd share what went into making those. I will periodically post other photography-focused vlogs on my channel, and may share them here. Enjoy the antics of a bored photographer and stay safe and sane!!!
