Newborn sessions can be held at the hospital, in your home, or in a local rented studio space. I bring everything we need for the session to you!
I often use tools such as a space heater, heating pad, and white noise machine to create a more comfortable setting for you and your newborn and have a photography light that aides in filling any space with light for beautiful, bright photos.
With a travel ready wood floor set, backdrop stand, and newborn posing stand; I can even capture studio-style photos during your session!
I have a modest selection of wraps, backdrops, hair bows, and props to help create the look and feel you want in your newborn photos!

I am constantly updating and rotating through my stock, so please let me know if you are looking for something specific.
I have over five years of experience working with newborns (including my own) and have many hours of training under my belt. My goal is to create simple, beautiful shots that focus on your baby and their new life. I will follow your baby's cues and needs during each session to make sure it is a comfortable, safe experience for you and your baby.
After your session, I will select the best photos captured and upload them to a proofing gallery. From there you can select your favorite photos for me to edit.
Studio style photos are balanced, corrected, smoothed, and stylized to create tender, beautiful images that capture this first chapter in your baby's life.
Lifestyle and Fresh48 photos are edited with a more natural feel in mind, with less smoothing and more balancing of light and color to focus on the precious relationships that have just begun.
Session fees include the sitting fee and full access to a beautiful digital gallery that you can share with family and friends. In the gallery, you can select your favorite photos, download the digital copies that come with your session, and order extra downloads and high quality photography prints for your wall or photo album. Prices for prints start at just $5.00!
